Heidi Montag is everything, but superficial about her health-even if she is not always as rested as she would like.
“I’ve come to the conclusion that being a mother, I will just get tired,” she admitted in the post.
But that does not mean that she does not do her best to eat healthy, work out and take care of herself. The 38-year-old reality star showed us the health habits she lives, from her exercise routine-which has changed slightly since the fires of La Wildfires’ deception to maintain its energy levels.
Keep them all in balance – and don’t forget the probiotics.
“I think healthy eating is the number 1 advantage because if you eat healthy, there is less pressure to enter the gym,” Heidi said.
The mother of two is not committed to any particular dietary tendency, but rather focuses on maintaining balance. It ensures that there is protein with every meal, healthy fats, vegetables and fruits. Some of her past foods are boiled eggs, avocados and bananas.
“But with the children around, it’s really challenging!” She agreed. “I will always steal a cake or mac and cheese bite. € ™ € ™ € € € € ™ € ™ ™ € € € ™ € is like, all these children’s foods are so good.”
Probiotics are also a major advantage for intestinal health, so it includes things such as yogurt and fermented pickles in its meal plan.
“I noticed my body works best with it. So I have yogurt every day,” she said.
Don’t drop it – fast and easy is essential.
All that thing “having children around” is certainly complicated, with Heidi ever making special food for Gunner, 7, and Ryker, 2â½.
But she is happy to have a meal in common with one of her children.
“My son’s favorite food is meat and rice, and he loves it, so I eat it with him,” she said. “I only have less amount of rice.
“I also want to eat whatever it is fast and easy because everyone eats in five seconds and are running around screaming. So I just a eat on the move. I don’t want to spend a lot of time. I also don’t want to clean anything else!”
Rule #3: Snag a lifting of energy in front of the funnel.
Here she deals with that mother’s exhaustion: Heidi recently joined the extra Ryde brand: in a new funny campaign showing their benefits of energy, concentration and relaxation. (The campaign includes Heidi who has a catastrophic session of goat yoga and singing to love to “Zap T – Ts”)
“I definitely have my own Ryde: Energy drinks, because you can’t work without a little boost,” Heidi threw.
“Sometimes it’s hard to get into the gym, and I will simply set a time, like an appointment,” she added.
Its routine includes a combination of routine and Versaclimber for about half an hour, followed by lifting heavy weights.
“I like to work out. I like to lift weights. If I could do it every day, I would do,” she said.
She also loves her squatmax, which has been “changing life” to eliminate back pain when removing severely.
But work outside has been difficult since January, when the house she shared with her husband Spencer Pratt was burned in the fire of La Palisada.
“Since the fires, I don’t have the width of the gang I used before, and I just have to cut so many things to be able to focus and give priority.”

“We lost the whole gym and our weights at home and everything we collected during the pandemia,” she said. “I haven’t lifted heavy weights since then.”
In fact, she thinks she is only worked – not including dance evidence – twice from fires.
“But every day, I’m like, ‘okay, I’ll get in there!” “She said.” I have dance evidence, but it’s definitely different than being in your gym, watching your show, listening to your music, or whatever it, and have that time. So for me, it’s really sacred to work, and it’s fun. “
Rule #4: Focus on strength, not on weight.
Heidi doesn’t worry so much about the number in the scale when it comes to her workouts.
“Likes how to put money in the bank. I know?” She said. “I’m working on a goal, and I try not to focus on a weight because it fluctuates – and sometimes I look better with more weight and sometimes less.
“I just want to be strong, and that’s my goal, and not focused on weight.”
Plus, she is a big fan of how she feels when she is put in time in the gym – and “with the time” she can enjoy while there.
“I love the endorphins that go. I like to have the time where I feel like I am taking it at that time for myself and I can see everything I want. I think it’s the only time of the day I can see everything I want,” she said.
Bonus Rule: Do you need rest? Rest a little.
Work out is great and all, but sometimes what your body needs is more than unproductive. In fact, some experts say you are better off sleeping inside than cutting your sleep to squeeze into an early morning workout.
“My number 1 priority at this point is rest, especially by making so many trips, so much by performing – I want to make sure I’m resting,” Heidi said. “And if I need it, that’s often why I don’t go to the gym.”
She tries not to put too much pressure on herself these days.
“I just feel like from the fires, I don’t have the width of the gang I’ve used before, and I just have to cut so many things to be able to focus and give priority,” she said.
“I’ve had a lot of time to work mentally through that kind of loss and survival and how to move forward … and now I’m like, in the way of working.
“So I’m just so on now that I will prioritize rest when I can, but I just don’t want to stress myself out. Stress is such a killer, and I will simply applaud myself for what I can do when I can do it.
“Overall, in life, not everyone can go to the gym every day. People are working, people are taking care of children. So whenever you can get those victories, it’s great, and if not, you are doing well.”
