Terrible experience with hazardous baby swimsuits

What seemed like a fun day in the sun turned into danger for life for a New Jersey family.

Although this terrible incident happened to Adam Lisberg and his two young daughters a few years ago – it is still important today, even more so summer around the corner.

A popular swimsuit among many young girls – Lisberg’s two girls were excited to wear mermaid swimsuits to get into the family inflation pool on a hot June day.

The two daughters of Lisberg, 5 and 7 at the time, were not strangers with these innocent swimsuits, as their father said they were wearing similar in the past.

“Girls love mermaid – always,” said the father of three children today.com

To give a visual, the swimsuit has a tip of bikini with a long tail end that borders the children’s feet.

“We knew that by blocking their feet it is more difficult to kick or walk – and they knew that – but we understood (the pool) is two meters deep. Even if they sit, they can get up.”

Although the pool water was only at the children’s feet – unimaginable happened to one of Lisberg’s little girls.

After hearing the girls playing outside while Lisberg was looking from inside the house, where his other child was suddenly surprised around the kitchen – suddenly his eldest daughter said the young woman was not moving “.

“But when I approached her, her eyes were wide, she was not moving and at first I really thought she was dead.”

After trying to perform a rudimentary CPR for his daughter, the Paramedicians and the police eventually arrived and brought the young girl to the hospital.

“Ruby explained that Annabelle had been under water and she saw her there and was trying to talk to Annabelle, but she was not responding,” Lisberg said.

“She brought her sister completely out of the water. It was extraordinary.”

The little girl ended up being fine, but Lisberg has a warning to all parents: “I hope the parents who see this are scared … I want people to know that these Mermaid’s tail swimsuits can kill,” he said.
