Nearly one -third of millennia (29%) take less than 30 minutes for themselves over an average day, according to new research.
A study of 2,000 millennia mothers found that most respondents rarely have a moment for themselves during the day (65%).
One in seven even said that “always” forget what day is due to being so busy, making many putting down eating and snacking in the back burn.
Performed by Talker Research on behalf of Sun-Maid Pharmstand Reserve the survey found that in fact, half of mothers could not remember the last time they did not feel rushed during a meal (51%).
When they feel hasty, the car is the number 1 place that respondents choose a snack break (51%).

Other times of the day that mothers steal in a quick snack include when they care for their children (39%), cooking (24%) or doing jobs (31%).
Thirty -seven percent eat something in motion every day, with 44% of these respondents who prefer no, but doing it anyway.
Similarly, 31% eat standing every day, and 39% of these mothers prefer no, but should.
The average millennial mother surveyed eats at least two meals or snacks per day while standing up or moving, and the same is true for virtually all foods for a quarter of respondents (24%).
These mothers who in motion are kept useful in their bag (46%).
Others keep them in their car (38%), in their work bag (33%) and even left in their night stand (19%) for a thousand midnight.
When asked about some of the most unusual places they made Snack, the respondents showed that they have enjoyed a snack in “shower”, “in the routine” or while “lowering in church service”.
The most friendly snacks with which these mothers enjoy include chips (53%), crackers (52%), wire cheese (48%), a granola or protein grass (48%) and fresh fruits (45%).
And while millennial mothers have been long fans of chips (88%) and candy or cakes (86%), some are choosing healthier foods; 27% said they fell in love with nuts and traces of traces over time, and 34% said the same about dried fruits.
When millennial mothers take a moment for themselves during the day, they enjoy it (87%) by catching to make their favorites as moving over their phone (58%), eating or drinking something (47%) or listening to a song or two (42%).
Acts of loneliness such as embracing calm (47%) and closing their eyes to enjoy it (42%) also rank above how millennia mothers like to enjoy their moments with themselves.
Six in 10 want them to enjoy these happy moments more often (64%).
For many people it is as simple as enjoying a snack: almost half expressed that they have been snack more since they became a parent (46%).
But it may be time for an update in their pantry, as 37% have not discovered a new “favorite” snack in at least a few months.
Typically, 90% of millennia mothers eat the same snack as their child, sometimes without their child even about (57%).
Those who eat the same snack as their child say this is because those home shares that work for everyone in the family (54%) and because they are easy to eat (49%).
Forty -five percent just like them just because they are delicious, and 30% said they enjoyed the same as a child.
