If you’ve ever tried to enjoy some gellato talent, you have probably experienced the disappointment of the jar opening.
Customers have expressed their internet irritation for some time now – and the company is listening.
The talent packaging is inspired by the way the Italian gellaria shows their executioners of executioners, according to the brand, but the clear jars with dark-dark lids has been everything, but satisfying for fans who just want to enjoy the quiet gelatin, from velvet inside.
A person in Tiktok showed that they “tried everything” to remove the screw lid from the jars, including its direction under water and using a control of the myth, but nothing worked – so it cut a hole in the side of the jar.

Another person cut the hole in the brown lid and wrote, “the inventor of the talent better to sleep with an open eye.”
One person even broke their opening of robotwist jar in an unsuccessful attempt to use it to open their talent jar.
A tikkker shared a video of her husband using heavy duty to remove the lid-and it worked with some bored fat and elbow.
“Talent Count your days,” wrote one user on a video she showed by trying almost everything, including using a hammer, to get access to her beloved gelatin.
And the people in the comments of these posts all seemed to have similar issues.
“I’ve had a nearly mental breakdown trying to open one of these,” shared one person.

“I thought it was just me fighting,” said another with emojis crying. “I don’t understand why it’s so hard to enjoy an ice cream. Very unnecessary.”

Talent has taken into account the war, posting their tick in a loud voice saying, “We have seen the creative ways that fans have tried to open our jars. From keys to steamers and full will, the struggle to open our jars is true.”
“We agree, opening the jar should not be the hardest part,” they continued. “Our team is actively working on a long -term adjustment.”
In the meantime, they gave tips for the best way to open their own jars: let it sit at room temperature for 3-5 minutes, then use a jar hat-they even sell a called twist talent to turn it open and enjoy.
The brand told today.com that they are working for a permanent solution, and as a short -term adjustment, they are drawing a new lid for their jars.
“We hear our fans loud and clear. Entering our jars can be difficult sometimes, but make sure, we are actively working to address that challenge,” a talent spokesman for The Outlet told him.
“In addition, we have a team of experts, focusing on packaging and engineering, working on a long -term solution that preserves the appearance of our transparent jars while significantly improves the ease of use.”
